Predominantly in welding and painting processes within oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation and marine sectors, I oversee a wide range of testing and inspection, including NDT, to ensure delivery to client specifications and a range of international standards. I build strong teams and develop innovative strategies through detailed analysis to optimize performance and minimize risk. Most recently with Qatar Gas I have handled the complete major turnaround for mega LNG trains, providing recommendations with method statements for critical repairs throughout and I also participated in root cause and failure analysis on some key welding issues. I am accustomed to working in multicultural and cross-disciplinary teams optimising varied experiences and skills to great benefit. Utilizing excellent communication skills I am able to foster a motivated and cohesive team dynamic committed to business outcomes.
