I also lead and contribute to various process improvement initiatives that enhance our loyalty program performance, reduce compliance risks, and exceed operational excellence standards. My passion for talent development stems from my belief that an organization's success is determined by the ability of its people to buy into and execute its business strategy. Throughout my career, I have always put a heavy focus on developing the talent on and around my teams, delivering tailored training and coaching plans that enhance their performance and bolster their career success.
