I have a passion for helping others – in their professional and personal life. Whether that’s helping them break through a psychological barrier, helping them to see another point of view, helping them to find the confidence to pursue something they self-questioned, helping them to put their goals first or helping them to try something outside of their comfort zone. Helping others believe in themselves is my drive! In a world where we constantly compare ourselves to one another, I like to help others see their abilities and encourage development on their vulnerabilities How does having a passion to help others benefit me in the workplace? I have found that it has helped me to truly understand a customer’s feelings and needs to provide the best experience. It in the same way helps to better manage colleagues and employees – helping one find inner confidence can change the way they work with others, the way they approach a new project or the way they talk to new clients. It in the same way helps me to understand customers They become a brighter light than they were, and it shines through their work and performance. When I’m not dedicated to helping others, I am soaking up the outdoor life and fresh air by mountain biking, hiking or walking my pup!
