About Bianca Chaves

BSc in Chemical Engineering, MSc in Process Systems Engineering – in progress Bilingual (Portuguese and English) Career Highlights Certification of merit awarded in Continuous Improvement at Braskem for the development of a “Virtual Online Analyser (VOA) for the top of the HCL column” to reduce production losses, decrease consumption of utilities, increase the quality of the product generated and greater process safety during startups (Simulation carried out in the Aspen Plus and algorithm developed in Matlab); 1st place in the ECOENEVA (Program for developing environmental projects at Eneva) for the development of the project to recover part of the water lost through evaporation in the cooling tower of the Parnaíba Complex Unit; Development of the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of the increase in the number of trips, reduction of reliability, and reduction of the useful life of the unit that resulted in the project conducted in the second year of the Trainee Program at Eneva; Publication of 3 scientific articles: Two publications in renowned scientific journals in the field (The Journal of Supercritical Fluids - Elsevier and Industrial & Engineering Chemistry Research) and an article in a national congress (XXII Brazilian Congress of Chemical Engineering).
