About Bianca Clarissa

Hi, I’m Bianca. a fresh face in the world of marketing communication, currently working as a Marketing Communication Executive at Pranaya Boutique Hotel BSD, a 3-star hotel located in the heart of BSD City. I started my journey in hospitality at just 17 years old as a Front Office Intern. Back then, I didn’t know much only that I enjoyed meeting people and helping guests feel at home. That simple joy led me to where I am now, learning to tell meaningful stories behind a hotel brand, one post, one event, one campaign at a time. I graduated from SMK Negeri 3 Bogor, and continued my studies at Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Komunikasi dan Sekretari Tarakanita, majoring in Secretarial Studies. This background helped shape my discipline, attention to detail, and love for communication. Outside of work, I care deeply about people. I once served as an HR Officer at WEWAW (Woman Empower Woman At Work) and later founded a small NGO called Lentera Cakrawala Nusantara (LENCANA). Our mission is simple: to support education and healthcare for children and women in Indonesia’s remote areas (3T). I’m still learning both in my career and in life. But I believe that good communication starts from empathy, and that even the smallest acts of service can create lasting impact. If you’re into hospitality, content creation, or community empowerment, I’d love to connect and learn from you!
