About Bianca D.

I believe everyone has the ability to make a difference in the world, from small gestures to large scale solutions. My work today is guided by that belief and inspired by the unconditional love of my late, adorable bulldog, Eggo. It led me to the creation of Eggo's Friends, a non-profit organization dedicated to pets, people, and the planet, with the overarching goal of ending the pet euthanasia crisis. My path to founding Eggo's Friends was shaped by an accident that redirected me to a non-linear career path spanning a multitude of industries. Despite the variations, my work remained constant: to help. The experiences granted me an ability to think differently, to approach challenges with creativity, and focus on possibilities rather than limitations. It's this mindset that enabled me to achieve the seemingly impossible. At Eggo's Friends, I've had the privilege of assembling a diverse network of visionary business leaders who share my commitment to tackling the most pressing issues in pet welfare and the environment. Together, we're leveraging innovative technologies, strategic partnerships, and fostering collaboration to effect meaningful, dramatic changes. My mission is to drive positive transformation for the things I love most: pets, people and the planet. I’m happy to say that our initiatives serve as a testament to our values and a vital source of novel change for pet welfare.
