About Bianca Dramali

As a consultant and professor, I combine my passion for connecting ideas and people with my expertise in relationship branding, marketing, communication, and consumer studies. For more than five years, I have been managing projects that focus on enhancing the customer and employee experience, loyalty, and engagement for various clients, such as Médico Sem Fronteiras, Controllab, Proteste, Biogenetika, FARM and Cellairis. I also share my knowledge and insights with students and professionals at ESPM, where I teach courses on marketing research, consumer behavior, marketing strategy, and consumption theories. Additionally, I conduct research on the socio-cultural aspects of consumption, exploring topics such as advertising, banking, and pregnancy. With a PhD and a Master's degree in Communication from PUC-Rio, I am committed to lifelong learning and curating relevant and meaningful content.
