About Bianca G.

My career with the MASYC Group has grown my professional skills tremendously with new challenges and learning opportunities presented constantly. As a longtime partner with Oracle, the MASYC Group provides innovative and tailored solutions within JD Edwards EnterpriseOne software. I personally have worked with multiple clients in the homebuilding, construction, and land development industries from full EnterpriseOne implementations, to upgrades and specialized projects. I can effectively communicate with users from associates to executives and continuously adapt to the everchanging industry. My roles vary depending on the need of the project; however, my primary focus and background is supporting the Accounting/Finance areas of a project. I work closely with my team on the client and MASYC side to analyze complex business issues, deliver straightforward solutions, communicate schedule, tasks, and issues, lead meetings and provide the data to support discussions and decision making. I have led client workshops in various modules, prepared documentation from design documents, workshop material, and end user guides, monitored issue log, and facilitated the design, development, and functional components of business solutions. Along with my experience at MASYC, I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from California State University-Fullerton.
