I am a dynamic, energetic and passionate Sr. People & Culture Manager, with a solid foundation in HR management. With progressive experience working within the construction space, I thrive navigating the unique dynamics of HR, driving organizational success through effective people management strategies. I manage all aspects of our People & Culture operation, including: employee & labour relations, compensation, workforce and leadership development, talent acquisition, and compliance. I work closely with our employee engagement team, which focuses on employee wellness, diversity & inclusion, as well as promoting a positive company culture. Working in the construction industry has been an incredibly rewarding experience - as an organization, we are always looking to grow the space for women and ensuring we are working towards being a progressive company that invests our time and efforts in Mental Health and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. In my spare time, you can find me on the golf course - I run a golf community for women called Drive Bunnies. Our mission is to inspire and promote female golf by opening the space and making it more accessible to women.
