Background

About Bianca Lang

I have several years of experience in the travel industry, working in both finance administration and sales. I began my career as a Travel Consultant, gaining expertise in leisure and business travel. I then transitioned to a role as a Retail Auditor, where I acquired knowledge of financial systems and processes. In this position, I participated in month-end reporting, met strict deadlines, and conducted group training sessions. Relocating internationally allowed me to expand my skills by working on an online teaching platform, where I helped international clients improve their English as a second language. Additionally, I have experience working for a payroll software company. I started in the customer support department, where I spent six months assisting customers with their queries. I then moved into the finance department as an Accounting Administrator, a role I have held since May 2024. I am self-motivated, possess excellent customer service skills, and have strong time management abilities. I thrive under pressure in fast-paced environments, am a quick learner, and am a responsible individual.
