I am a motivated and passionate program manager, with strong attention to detail and excellent customer relationship skills. I have the ability to work independently but am also very team focused. Some of my existing strengths gained through my experience to date, are my high level of attention to detail, my ability to take ownership of complex problems and issues and following through on resolutions, my initiative in dealing with conflicting priorities and my strong communication skills dealing with people on various levels of business, and multiple stakeholders. I love working in the event industry, the daily variety that projects bring, exceeding client expectations and the excitement in seeing all your hard work and creativity come to life are the most rewarding aspects of the industry I enjoy working towards. I believe in creating amazing experiences, every touchpoint is considered an experience in my eyes, from the service provided down to the finer details on the event, all are approach with the same amount of passion, creativity and determination for success. I’m passionate about creating beautiful spaces enriching the guest experience by setting a specific tone hoping to evoke feeling, by bring the creative theme to life, which helps create beautiful everlasting memories for both hosts and guests. I am also a small business owner, running all aspects of Sweet B's Candy buffets, through gaining hands on experience I have developed a passion for event management and event styling. I have completed my studies in event management, and am challenging myself in a career in the event industry, which allows me to further utilise my existing skill set and acquire new abilities by doing something that I love.
