Hi there! I’m Bianca, a neuroscientist with over 20 years of experience in research & project management and over 4 years experience in clinical trials, and I’m passionate about advancing accessibility to life-changing therapies. My career has given me the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams and work across a wide range of therapeutic areas—CNS disorders, rare diseases, cardiovascular/metabolic conditions, and cutting-edge cell & gene therapies—where I've managed clinical trials from start to finish, ensuring everything meets the highest standards of GCP/ICH and regulatory guidelines. While I’ve thrived in clinical trial management, I’m also expanding my horizons and looking to bring my expertise into the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) space. I love building strong relationships with healthcare providers, and I’m eager to support innovative therapies in an MSL capacity- Therapeutic Expertise: I’ve worked across a range of therapeutic areas like CNS, rare diseases, cardiovascular/metabolic, and cell & gene therapies, helping cross-functional teams understand the science behind the therapies we’re advancing- Scientific Expertise in Neuroscience: With over 15 years in neuroscience research, I have developed a deep understanding of CNS disorders and neurodegenerative diseases. I love diving into complex data and making it understandable- Clinical Trial Leadership: I've led and managed global clinical trials in Phases across US, LATAM, Canada, Europe, and APAC from start-up to close-out - everything from protocol development to making sure everything runs smoothly and is in compliance with regulatory guidelines- Communication and Relationship Building: I've delivered 30+ scientific presentations and built strong relationships with HCPs, researchers, and clinical teams. I'm all about collaboration and sharing knowledge to move projects forward.
