Hello, welcome to my network! My name is Bianca Moretti, I'm from Rio Grande do Sul but I live in São Paulo - Brazil. I'm currently working as a Clinical and Organizational Psychologist. I'm passionate about people, stories, challenges, and professional development and that's the reason why I connect to the corporate market. The corporate market is made of people and people deliver results, but to do that it's important: accountability, culture, relationships, and engagement. I have professional experience in all Human Resources sub-systems, such as Recruitment & Selection, Human and Organizational Development, Performance and Skills Assessment, Employer Branding actions and strategy, Endomarketing, Culture and Engagement, Diversity, Psychological Testing, and Personnel Department activities. I have a generalist profile and the ability to adapt to companies in different fields. I've worked in manufacturing environments (footwear industry), family businesses in the health sector, innovation startups in the real estate market, and now I'm returning to the educational area, where I worked most during my undergraduate studies. Furthermore, I also work in clinical practice, with cognitive behavioral psychotherapy and professional development, using mentoring and coaching techniques.
