About Bianca Paula Rus

My main goal is to achive as many experience as I can and develop my skills in order to be able to face any situation. I am a social person and I am always open to new things because this way I gain professional experience and not only. I like to work with people and colaborate, I am an open and very positive person, optimistic and I always like to obtain what I propose. Reading books and fashion magazines, taking long walks, exercise and draw are the things wich fulfill my free time. All experience and skills were achived during these years of exeperience at a high multinational corporation were I was able to learn each day new things. I have managed to develop many abilities while working with several suppliers and having the oportunity to make part and help on several new accounts(new clients) that the company gained and not only. Also the good colaboration with the internal departments and my managers and colleagues had an important contribution to my development. Each day is a new challenge and I consider that with patience, good organization, dedication and a proper comunication everything can be solved and the exepected results achieved. I think it must be always a win-win situation for both sides (employee-company).
