My passion lies in helping companies achieve authentic connections and sustainable growth through culturally inclusive strategies. With over 15 years in growth marketing, brand-building, and data-driven insights, I’ve led companies to see their full potential, developing solutions where social responsibility, cultural fluency, and brand growth intersect. Professional Journey & Experience Before founding Convey Culture, I was the VP of Client Service and Inclusive Marketing at Rain, The Growth Agency. I spearheaded growth strategies that surpassed business goals for three consecutive years. My brand-side experience with global leaders like Coca-Cola, Kellogg’s, and Hershey’s sharpened my insights on consumer engagement, allowing me to guide clients in meaningful and impactful ways. Championing Youth as a Coach In addition to my corporate work, I coach volleyball and track and field, mentoring young athletes in resilience, teamwork, and growth—qualities that drive my approach to business and life. Key Spouse Liaison | Yokota Air Base, Japan As a Key Spouse Liaison, I serve our military community by maintaining consistent contact with spouses and families, addressing concerns, and connecting them to resources. Acting as a bridge between the Commander, First Sergeant, and unit families, I strive to foster a supportive and connected community here in Japan. Education & Personal Background I hold an M.B.A. and a bachelor’s degree in African American Studies. My experiences living and working in various cultures, especially during our current chapter in Japan, continually inspire my work and life. When not consulting or coaching, I explore new destinations with my family, honor my love of running, or savor everyday cultural moments.
