With 8 years of experience as a self-employed personal trainer and movement specialist, I’ve built a career centered around helping others move, feel, and live better. I’m currently working as a Flexologist at StretchLab, where I bring my background in corrective exercise, functional strength, and movement science to assist a wide range of clients with recovery, mobility, and performance goals. From 2017 to 2025, I ran Bianca Russo Fitness—an independent practice focused on coaching special populations including adults with chronic pain, hypermobility, neurodivergence (ADHD, autism), and eating disorders. I specialized in personalized fitness programs, client education, and long-term behavior change, retaining a loyal client base through empathy, precision, and evidence-based training. My coaching philosophy is grounded in biomechanics, fascia health, and intentional programming. I hold advanced certifications in GOATA Movement (Levels 1 & 2), and I’ve integrated these principles into everything from general fitness and athletic performance to pickleball-specific strength and mobility training. With a proven ability to connect, communicate, and educate, I thrive in roles that combine hands-on service, science-based coaching, and meaningful human interaction.
