I am an ambitious and results-driven HR professional with a passion for building relationships and putting the 'human' back into Human Resources. With experience and comprehension in Full-cycle Recruitment, Business Development and Account Management, I have developed the necessary skills to assess needs, recommend innovative solutions as well as creating sustainable relationships. A strategic thinker, strong organizational, problem-solving, multitasking skills, and a proven ability to develop, coach, and motivate employees towards organizational objectives. With a keen interest in Recruitment and Training & Development, I continue to add value, lasting impacts to the business as well as developing expertise in attracting and retaining human talent in efforts to help organizations build their competitive advantage. I completed a HR Management program that was constructed around developing the core skills of research, analytical and management in preparation of dealing effectively with a variety of HR organizational situations. This program has equipped me with the necessary training and education in Recruitment & Selection. Prior to joining Stantec, some of my milestone roles were with Hays as a Senior Sourcing Partner, RBC as a National Group Benefits SSR and Resonate Search Group as a Recruitment Partner. I have a passion for empowering people through enhancing their knowledge, skills, abilities, increasing job satisfaction and ultimately connecting top talent to exciting opportunities.
