About Bianca Templin

Bright personality with a can-do attitude. Strengths within the workplace are efficiency, organisation and time management. In the workplace I strive on building and nurturing relationships with clients as believe strong customer service is a key within any organisation. My favourite saying is "always go the extra mile, its never crowded." Throughout all of my careers and roles they have been customer service driven which has helped grow me into the person I am today. From starting in Real Estate to now evolving into Fleet Leasing. Since commencing with Summit Fleet my role has evolved from a Business Administrator to a Relationship Executive. My current role of RE is within the Sales Team looking after a client portfolio in understanding the clients needs, helping with every day running of their fleets and additionally always what I can do to help them in their business. In my time at Summit Fleet it has helped me understand the business better, be able to expand on client relationships building rapport within my portfolio always catering for the client from a 1 car fleet to an 100+ size fleet. A highlight for me was winning the annual sales program for year of 2019-2020 which is national within our offices of NSW, VIC, WA and QLD. I continue to learn more each and every day in this ever changing world, growing as an individual in or out of the workplace.
