I am a lighthearted communication enthusiast gifted with a superpower to work her way into basically any (new) topic: With a strong base in (intercultural) communication I started of into the working world with cooperation and incentive marketing mainly in FMCG markets, continued to help build a company around an exceptional e-learning experience on early childhood education, started a family and continue to be Chief of Empowerment at home, to then professionally moving on to combine skills build during years in project management and changing environments into providing a wholesome, esteeming and smooth customer journey for IT (PIM) projects in account management. I am: Passionate about people and bringing out their best as motivated and motivating team player.
