It can be challenging to maintain the balance between our professional and our personal life. When we neglect the signals of our body (and our negative thoughts) it does not only result in health problems, but it also affects our environment and eventually the results of the company we work in or work for. My motto is:"Don't take your health for granted. Take an active role in managing your health." ©BvB Some of the knowledge and experience I’ve gained: an allround international health & wellness coach (the holistc way), massage therapist, bodyworker, translator/editor (Dutch vv EN), speaker, event manager, versatile dancer / instructor, graphic designer, author, mother of 2, artist and even a ‘spider in the web’ management / personal assistant / office mgr who loves to network and interact with people of all cultures and walks of life. I’ve lived and worked in the USA (Atlanta area / Minneapolis) for 5 years and in several cities in the Netherlands. One of my strengths is being a survivor having conquered and holistically grown from many challenges in my life. I am a very blessed, creative and positive woman of many trades.
