With over 14 years of experience in the Seed, Agrochemical, Fertilizer, hi-tech cultivation, drip irrigation, Flower seed division, contract farming, Nursery Business industries, and Fresh & Vegetable business sales and procurement, I bring extensive knowledge and expertise in sales and marketing to the table. I have successfully handled multiple roles in the past, from managing P & Ls to leading field-level teams and providing support to channel partners. Currently, I am working as a Category Manager for Vegetable Seeds: Branded Business & Private Label at Green Agrevolution Pvt Ltd (Dehaat) in Kolkata. My responsibilities include P&L management of branded and private label vegetable business, product procurement, promotion, and expansion of private label products, and knowledge transfer to sales teams and channel partners. Prior to this, I served as an Extension Manager at Green Agrevolution Pvt Ltd (Dehaat) in Hoogly, West Bengal, where I focused on network expansion and support for sales teams in getting new businesses by planning and executing farmer-level activities for all categories of products and services offered by DeHaat. Before that, I worked as a Sales Executive at Parijat Industries (Ind) Pvt Ltd in North24Parganas and Nadia, where my primary responsibilities included sales and collection in the assigned area and network expansion. I have also served as a Senior Marketing Officer at Coromandel International Ltd in Malda, Dinajpur, and North24Pargana, where I handled sales and collection in the assigned area, network expansion, MFMS, and Rake handling. My experience also includes serving as an Assistant Manager for Operations and Sales at MGM Classic Agricon Pvt Ltd in Bhubaneshwar, Odisha, where I focused on sales and marketing, agronomy support, farm management, and seedling business in West Bengal. Lastly, I worked as a Market Development Officer at Known You Seeds Ind Pvt Ltd in Kolkata, where I achieved sales targets, developed new products and areas, managed trials, trained sales teams, and expanded the network. Throughout my career, I have gained vast market knowledge, team handling capabilities, and the ability to take on any challenge and achieve goals.
