With a background in English Literature (Hons.) and a Masters in Social Welfare (specialization in Labour Laws) I bring the perfect blend of people insight and storytelling into the world of talent acquisition. Having aced the NET Exam in my first attempt I understand the power of perseverance, precision and the right fit- qualities which i now apply in identifying top talents.
