Service Delivery Manager with experience in linear channels and online delivery services (OTT) In my previous roles dealing with linear channels and OTT Media Delivery Manager, I established and managed Sky TV’s On-line department that delivered to SKYGO, On Demand, Igloo, NEON, Sport Highlights, Rugby Pass, SKY SPORT NOW and Vodafone TV. I recruited staff and created workflows to enable the team to process, publish, monitor and troubleshoot all content, across every platform. This lead to my current role as the Service Delivery Manager for all of Sky’s media • Provide an on-going support to SKY’s linear channels and online/Streaming services/platforms. This includes, but is not limited to, managing scheduled or unscheduled Priority 1 media, maintenance, outages and on-going service improvements. • Working with both local and overseas vendors (e.g. Akamai, AWS, NTT, Vocus, Vodafone and Spark) to manage on-going improvements and minimize outages. • Change Approver / Change Manager to ensure maximum uptime and customer satisfaction. •Major Incident Manager during outages, working with all relevant departments to restore services, creating Post Incident Reviews and formulating root cause action plans Every day I work collaboratively with all the departments in SKY and with external Vendors, to achieve our core business goal “to provide an uninterrupted service to our customers and ensure their satisfaction”.
