As an entrepreneur, I firmly believe in the adage that "necessity is the mother of invention." This saying has been a driving force in my personal and professional development journey. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in many fields. Each presented unique challenges that I eagerly tackled. Despite the differences in roles and responsibilities, one constant remained: the importance of effective teamwork. When I founded the Pragmatic Insurance Agency in 2020, I knew I was in for a wild ride. The hurdles I faced, particularly related to business development and growth, were daunting. But as an entrepreneur, I knew I would thrive on overcoming challenges and finding innovative solutions. One way I saw it could happen was by redefining the term "teamwork" and extending its definition to include businesses and professionals in complementary industries to insurance. The idea is to focus on solving the client's problem from start to finish. Think of a home buying/selling process. It involves the use of many different kinds of services. That's how the idea for Pragmatic Circle was born - a platform that serves as a networking hub for businesses and a one-stop shop for those seeking various services. I aim to create a dynamic, value-driven business community where professionals from different industries can work together to achieve exponential growth by sharing the customer lifetime value amongst each other in the platform. I firmly believe that if we establish and nurture strong business relationships within the Pragmatic Circle, we can achieve great things together. And while my creation may not be entirely novel, I am confident it offers a unique and effective solution for businesses looking to expand their network and grow their brand.
