I am a Mechanical Engineer with a passion for designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes for aerospace products. I graduated from Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology, Kottayam, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2016, and since then, I have gained over six years of experience in the engineering field. Currently, I work as a Manufacturing Engineer at Rolls Royce Deutschland Ltd, where I apply my skills and knowledge to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met, and to implement continuous improvement initiatives. I use 3D modelling tools such as Siemens NX and Unigraphics to create and modify part drawings, prototypes, and assemblies. I also work with cross-functional teams to collaborate and communicate effectively on various projects. Previously, I worked as a System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, where I specialized in should costing and PLM implementation and support projects. I contributed to the development and delivery of innovative and cost-effective solutions for clients in various industries, such as automotive, energy, and aerospace. I was involved in various aspects of the project lifecycle, from process flow diagramming, to 2D drawings, to change requests, to drafting. I am always eager to learn new technologies and tools, and to enhance my professional and personal growth. I am motivated by solving complex and challenging problems, and by creating value for customers and stakeholders. I am a reliable, proactive, and team-oriented engineer, who strives for excellence and innovation in my work.
