Sound knowledge of 7 QC tools,8D Problem solving, PPAP,SPC,FMEA- Provide support, respond to queries, receive and/or share information, explain, train, coordinate and negotiate with and/or direct customers and other cross functional teams- Serve as the primary focal point for managing and coordinating, with both the internal and cross-functional organizations, communications and information dissemination to the Team- Provide feedback, coaching, and training and refresher training whenever and wherever applicable- Responsible for timely audits and process governance- Form direct relationships with internal sales teams and where appropriate external customers / partners while working with internal cross-functional groups- Applies experience and judgment to make decisions or resolve issues within defined options or standard protocols- Does periodic reviews to ensure compliance of process and protocols for in scope accounts- Have essential & excellent verbal and written communication skills- Proactive, self-driven and motivated with key focus on target achievement, whilst ensuring team success- Attention to detail is essential, with good administrative skills, multi-tasking capabilities and good at prioritizing workload- Process simplification & real-time problem solving skills- Proficient etiquette skills and ability to articulate and simplify inter-departmental issues and solution- Able to multitask and manage effectively in a stressful working environment.
