Finance professional having over 15 years experience in financial accounting, management reporting, internal auditing, control review analysis etc. My responsibilities included preparing periodic un-audited financial statements for management & the listed holding company in addition to analysis of revenue and expenses, budgetary control, investigation and reporting of variances etc. I am experienced in managing working capital and maintaining liquidity by managing the collectibles and suppliers dues, keeping the banking limits exposure to the minimum. My duties included making the projected cash flow for new projects and negotiating cash and other limits with Bankers, compliance with the documentation requirements with different banks for extending facilities, its renewal, managing corporate & personal guarantees etc. I have hands-on experience in SAP implementation as a core team member responsible for FI/CO modules besides guiding automation of different functions, embedding controls and plugging loopholes in the systems. I bring with me the knowledge of a noble profession and the experience that molded my personality as a trusted financial professional.
