About Biju K.

Biju K (M’10–SM’15) received the B.Tech. degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the Govt. Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology (RIT) Kottayam, Kerala, India in the M. Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Calicut, Kerala, India in 2009, and the Ph.D. degree from National Institute of Technology, Calicut, Kerala, India in 2020. He is currently working as the Head of the Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering in College of Engineering Munnar, Kerala, India. He has got more than 20 years of teaching experience in various Engineering colleges across Kerala. He is a Member of Board of Studies and approved Research Supervisor of APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University Kerala. He has delivered various technical talks in different engineering colleges across Kerala. He is a senior member of and currently the Secretary of Kerala Section. He is the General Chair of the International conference PESGRE 2023. He has served as technical programme committee member in many International conferences. He has chaired technical sessions in various international conferences. He has been a regular reviewer of many peer-reviewed journals and reputed conferences. He has published a number of papers in various international journals and conferences. He has won several awards also. His research interests include power electronic converters and their control techniques, power electronic converters for renewable energy technologies, power electronic converters for electric vehicles etc.
