I am a proactive and achievement-oriented professional offering nearly 22 years of experience in Operations Management, Fleet Management, Service Delivery Management, P&L Management, Process Re-engineering, Quality Management, Revenue Augmentation, Risk Mitigation & Management, Vendor/ Contract Management, Transition & Transformation, Stakeholder Engagements. Currently associated with GVK EMRI (A Subsidiary of GVK Group in a Healthcare Project on Model) as Chief Operating Officer and heading all aspects of project which involves HR, Finance, Supply chain, Analytics, Fleet, IT and the call Centre (Inbound). At present I m spearheading operations for West Bengal & North East entailing round the clock emergency Emergency Health service for Public through State Government Funded State-of-Art ambulance through 24 x7 Emergency Call Centre & Trauma Centre under model with respective State Government comprising ambulance fleet of vehicles, 250 seated 24x7 Call Centre and 4 Trauma Centers & 2 Stabilization Centers. My expertise lies in successfully achieving growth objectives for Business Units by creating client-focused value-added solutions, cultivating unique programs based on client needs and goals and implementing strategic solutions to propel organizational success and boost profits. Through my 22 years of experience, I have become adept in overseeing a wide variety of operational responsibilities to ensure Client Satisfaction and optimize employee development and performance and manage Large Workforce I have an innate sense of task prioritization, managerial aptitude and result-oriented attitude towards accelerating organizational growth and that too in a high pressured, time-bound and competitive environment.
