I began my professional journey as a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) at Kalyani Transmission Technology, Pune, where I developed expertise in various production processes related to the machining of transmission components. Over time, I progressed through roles as a Supervisor, Senior Engineer, and New Product Development Engineer, eventually moving into the Manufacturing Engineering department as an Executive. In this capacity, I have been actively involved in capacity planning, as well as the installation and commissioning of new machines before their handover to the production department.Currently, I am in the USA at Tesla, addressing quality concerns on behalf of Kalyani Transmission Technology. This opportunity has provided me with valuable exposure to international quality standards and problem-solving methodologies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. My work involves close collaboration with Tesla's quality team, ensuring that our components meet their stringent requirements and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.Looking ahead, I have been appointed to work at Kalyani Mobility Driveline in Michigan, further strengthening my global experience. This new role will allow me to leverage my expertise in manufacturing engineering while adapting to a new work environment, continuing to enhance the efficiency and quality of driveline manufacturing.Throughout my career, I have focused on developing technical expertise, process improvements, and effective collaboration across teams. My journey has been one of continuous learning and growth, and I look forward to contributing further to the success of mine and global ventures.
