At PayPal, I lead the platform strategy to develop a multi-tenant Customer Success platform, integrating adjacent PayPal brands (Venmo, Honey and Zettle), supporting voice, email, and chat interactions for agents. With over 11 years of experience, I've successfully driven the development and launch of large-scale software products, leading cross-functional teams through every stage of the product lifecycle. My expertise extends to building and iterating 0-1 products, adapting to customer feedback, evolving needs, and regulatory demands / frameworks. My journey has spanned multiple sectors, including ed-tech, telecom, e-commerce, and insure-tech. After earning my MBA from SPJIMR Mumbai, I joined TropoGo, a drone insure-tech tech startup, where I built solutions to address challenges in distribution, dynamic pricing, and fraud management for insurance partners. At upGrad, I spearheaded the engagement charter for the e-learning platform and led the product strategy and launch of upGrad Microlearn - a short video content platform. Prior to this, at Verizon, I developed solutions for B2B eCommerce and self-service platforms, serving nearly 2 million customers annually. Throughout my career, I've been fascinated by tech-driven solutions that enhance both customer and employee experiences, driven by a passion for empowering people to achieve more with less. Growing up in Shillong, I’ve always been captivated by mountains, photography, and sunsets.
