About Bilal Abbasi

With a career spanning marketing and quantity surveying across Pakistan and the UK, I bring a rare mix of commercial insight, analytical precision, and strategic communication to the construction industry. My journey began in brand and marketing management, where I spent 5 years shaping and delivering campaigns, managing budgets and aligning business goals with customer value. That experience built a strong foundation in stakeholder understanding, cost awareness, and project delivery under challenging timelines. Later, I transitioned into quantity surveying, applying those same commercial principles to the built environment. Over the past few years, I have worked on diverse construction projects, focusing on cost planning, tender management, contract administration, and delivering value engineering to ensure every decision adds measurable value to clients and projects. Importantly, I believe successful construction is not just about the cost control, it is about strategic value creation, where budgets, design, and brand reputation all align. My cross-disciplinary background allows me to see both the numbers and the narrative behind every project.
