My professional odyssey begins within the dynamic landscape of startups and scale-up companies, I've navigated a diverse career path marked by increasing responsibilities and varied roles. Beginning as a Quality Assurance Engineer, my evolution within the industry extended beyond ensuring product quality. I seamlessly transitioned into leadership roles, steering and building QA teams from their inception. However, my contributions weren't confined to the realm of quality assurance alone. Within product teams, I actively engaged in implementing and refining agile methodologies, showcasing adaptability in response to the industry's ever-changing demands. This included overseeing Scrum practices and orchestrating ceremonies for teams spread across different locations, highlighting my prowess in fostering effective collaboration, whether on-site or in remote settings. Recognising the importance of cohesive team dynamics, I took initiative in identifying and addressing collaboration gaps, contributing to the overall enhancement of work processes and team effectiveness.
