As the Director of Reverse Logistics & Quality Assurance at Audien Hearing, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to build this department from the ground up. Starting as a team of one, I manually tested every unit, gathered critical data, and worked closely with manufacturers to enhance product quality. Over time, I developed key dashboards to track product performance and scaled our team into a high-impact operation. Today, my team has tested over hearing aids, playing a crucial role in improving our products and ensuring top-tier quality for over 1 million customers nationwide. Beyond testing, we bridge the education gap—empowering both our customers and customer service teams with the knowledge they need to maximize their hearing experience. I thrive in optimizing processes, leading high-performing teams, and driving initiatives that enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction. Every day, I focus on strategic project facilitation, data analysis, and continuous improvement to uphold the highest quality standards.
