About Bill Adkins

As a consummate professional, I strive to serve my client’s best interests. My goal is to build long-term relationships with my clients: to be the kind of person they can trust to assist them in the repair, and maintenance of one of their biggest (and arguably most important) financial investments. I take ownership in my client’s visits and work to ensure seamless experiences each time they come to my dealership. I take great pride in being a valued member of the automotive service staff: I endeavor to be a reliable, ethical, and competent peer to my fellow service writers. I enjoy building professional and personal relationship with each of them as we work to create a strong foundation from which I hope we can establish lasting partnerships and friendships for years to come. I believe that communication and understanding are the underpinnings of a trusting relationship. As a person, you must be able to properly interact with others to succeed. You must be able to admit your shortcomings and be willing to set your ego aside to learn from your mistakes. You must also be willing to forgive the shortcomings of others and be willing to assist them if/when they require such assistance. I believe in the ideals of hard work, responsibility, extreme ownership, and resiliency. I also believe that self-care and family should come first – even when you love what you do for a living. After all, you cannot pour from an empty cup. I make time for myself each week (i.e, quiet early mornings while everyone else is sleeping, going to the gym, reading, et al.), and I make it a point to spend as much of my time as I can with my wife and kids. We enjoy traveling and vacationing with extended family, which is something we look forward to doing each summer. As a family, we have been fortunate enough to visit North Carolina’s Outer Banks; Nashville and Gatlinburg, Tennessee, various historic portions of central and southern Virginia, Charleston, South Carolina, St. Augustine, Florida, and Savannah, Georgia with many more adventures still to come.
