Working in our 24/7 family manufacturing business during my formative years produced three foundational character qualities - an energetic hard work ethic, strong business acumen, and a pragmatic approach to problem solving focused on execution and measurable results. A foundation in solutions sales of Enterprise IT Performance Management, Software Applications, Physical Security, ML/AI, and IoT in conjunction with strong mentoring has developed me as a catalyst for organizational growth, change management, and leadership. Key accomplishments include: 67% organic growth in a regional market, Vertical Market launch achieving 178% growth in the second year, 22% growth in a mature market while simultaneously cutting margin erosion in half. Co-developed collaborative cross selling initiatives through organizational agility, identification of untapped opportunity, and internal networking resulting in net new business of $21M. As an ongoing student of effective leadership, I have a passion and an penchant for developing high performance teams by instilling trust and establishing purpose and effective processes with an unwavering focus on execution.
