Charting a Course in Healthcare Innovation - A Journey Through the Customer Lifecycle My adventure in healthcare began over two decades ago, with six years at Epic during the early time when the landscape of Healthtech was as uncharted as it was exciting. Epic, then a company of 600+ people, was embarking on a new voyage into the inpatient space, and I was part of the crew helping hospitals across the country navigate this rapidly expanding frontier. With a startup like energy, I was fortunate to play a role in building the infrastructure that saw Epic grow from 600 to employees. Along the way, I helped create new standards, train incoming talent, and teach best practices while traveling across the U.S, as part of this groundbreaking expedition. Through a handful of unique treks over the last 15 years, I have become a practitioner of the entire healthcare SaaS customer lifecycle - from initial sales through customer success to account management and expansion. By aligning team members in the right roles, with a defined customer journey, I’ve achieved results such as a 25% growth in ARR from current accounts. I believe that the correct alignment of a team around the customer lifecycle can drive business growth while making a positive impact in Healthcare.
