About Bill Arnquist

Mr. Arnquist is a Texas registered emeritus architect and former NCARB certificate holder with more than 40 years of experience on projects through out the United States. He has functioned as a project manager, project architect, construction contract administrator, quality assurance manager, code compliance reviewer, and owner’s representative. His project experience includes hospitality, restaurant, retail, education, religious, residential, and commercial interiors. He is an avid participant in continuing education and has lead AIA registered CEU training activities. He enjoys solving problems and helping others to find solutions. He has the ability to motivate diverse groups of project participants to work collaboratively. Proficient in AutoCAD Architecture, Revit, various on-line project management applications, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project Specialties: Site development, space planning, code compliance, and coordinating multi-discipline projects and details. Identifying and solving problems before they become issues. Calmly dealing with issues to keep projects on track.
