About William (Bill) Beans: Bill Beans is an accomplished, passionate entrepreneur with significant expertise in the telecommunications broadband network industry. Bill is currently Co-Founder, CEO & President of Congruex. Prior to his work at Congruex, he was the founder, Chairman and CEO of Open Range Communications, and has served as President of TeleTech Holdings and Director, President, and COO of ICG Communications. Bill was also Senior Vice President with AT & T Local Services, and he began his career in the construction business working for Peter Kiewit Sons. Bill holds his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln. • Accomplished in acquiring, integrating, developing, implementing, building, growing and improving the profitability, performance and value of advanced technology companies. • Career is distinguished by consistent advancement and executive leadership success over 35 years in a wide array of positions, both domestically and internationally, ranging from an initial field engineering role to multiple SEC Section 16 Officer positions, and Board roles in companies ranging from small private start ups to public Fortune 100 corporations at a global scale. • Proven ability to transfer skill set across various cultures, responsibilities, business structures, geographies, political environments and industries ranging from service provider models to equipment and manufacturing models, to outsourcing solutions and technology models.
