I’m passionate about helping agents achieve extraordinary success in real estate. As the Co-Founder of The Kendall Bonner Team at eXp Realty, I’ve been privileged to lead our team from the ground up, growing from 0 agents and no production to over 80 transactions and $38 million in sales volume each year for the past three years. With over 20 years of professional experience, I bring a diverse background that spans leadership, real estate, and law. Before co-founding my team, I served as Chief Executive Officer of Motto Mortgage Resource and Corporate Counsel at RE/MAX Capital Realty, roles that taught me the importance of strategy, adaptability, and delivering value. I’m proud to hold a Florida Real Estate License, a Residential Mortgage Loan Originator License, and I’m also a licensed attorney and member of the Florida Bar. These credentials, along with my experience, allow me to guide agents with a well-rounded perspective on real estate, finance, and legal matters. Academically, I earned my Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance (Cum Laude) from Florida State University. These achievements have shaped my approach to leadership and my drive to help others succeed. I’m dedicated to fostering growth, creating opportunities, and building strong relationships with the agents I work with.
