I am extensively experienced in the Hospitality Industry, in large and mid-market locations. I have a Forty year history of implementing effective strategies to increase revenues and reduce costs. I consider myself to have strong organizational management, project management, and leadership experience with an emphasis on customer relations, mentoring and team building. I have multifaceted background involving successful hotel openings, new construction, historic building conversion to a hotel and numerous property renovations with a variety of brands. I have strong Sales and Marketing background having served in notable roles such as Corporate Director of Sales for an 8 property,multi flagged hotel portfolio and in other roles such Area Director of Sales and individual property sales for both Full and Select Service Properties. I have built successful sales and marketing campaigns for both Independent properties as well as Boutique hotel properties in major urban areas. I have served in leadership roles in many community boards,Executive Committees for Chambers of Commerce,Vistors and Conventions Bureaus,Connecticut Lodging Association,Pioneer Valley Business Executives among others I live in Central Massachusetts. I am single. I can travel to accommodate the needs of the job position I am holding. During leisure moments I enjoy doing voice over and voice acting work, playing guitar,watching and participating in sports and athletics.
