About Bill Cameron

My foundation started in mining with BHP and that legacy from working with them ignited many key components to the way I am today, and safety is Value one at work as well as home and people who do the actual work are to be valued and respected and empowered to have courage to help others recognize safety and be thanked for it. And as well as being coached and mentored on safety and training. To have a positive effect on others is contagious and lifting people up carries on to the next and the ripple effect creates a team. Heartfelt leadership goes farther than the threat of termination in an event of being human. A leader should never place themselves before the ones they lead and always support and respect and listen to the ones they guide in the workplace. I am at the twilight of my career now and my Impact has been healthy for the most part and I don't need to sell myself. I have been fortunate to have worked with so many great people that invested time into me and my development not only as a trainer or a Process plant Tech and other roles I've had but as a human. I think that says enough about my career I have been blessed to have had people that had my best interest at heart. so, I give the same to the next. Which is that they are valuable, and they help me and my family with being safe and being happy and productive while here at work. Truly that's my goal as a trainer nothing more or less. Value, Respect, integrity, compassion, and understanding are the building blocks of home and can become building blocks of your work environment too I have seen this and live this so can you. I am also new Author my book Your Realm of Life published Apr 29/21 and now working on the 2nd book
