About Bill Chesser

During my lifetime I have learned many things, here are a few as it relates to being a CEO: first and most importantly, there is no life outside of the will of God and daily surrender to that will. I have discovered the joy of building community both with my own team, our patients/clients and the community at large. I have discovered that providing encouragement and unification unexpectedly blesses me. I have discovered the importance of starting with the win/end in mind and I am humbled to be able to continuously point our team to it in everything we do. In 2008, I thought I was only to assist my wife in the development a business plan to launch what would become 3 Dimensional Physical Therapy,(3DPT.) However, God quickly revealed he had a much bigger and better plan for my involvement in 3DPT and I found myself rolling up my sleeves and jumped into the business on our first day, January 5, 2009. As CEO and Co-Founder of 3DPT it has been a privilege to have been involved in all aspects of our company. My involvement includes some health field-specific work such as creating policy and procedures, including HIPPA and Medicare compliance, but also the more general areas shared by all business which include: vision casting, team building, overseeing charitable giving, creation and implementation of contracts, formation and maintenance of relationships, customer service, operations, human resources, financial performance and quality, strategic planning and implementation, and process and quality improvement. Discernment, vision, passion and relentless perseverance are all important talents and traits to possess, however we have discovered that the most important tasks we have is to uplift, unify, inspire, and lead our team toward our vision. This is not possible if we don't value each team member. It is our joy to be generous towards them and to pour into them with authentic love and concern and our team in turn allows us to inspire, unify, and lead. Finally, we get excited when all efforts come together and we are able to give back to organizations in ways that have eternal impact- specifically to set people free from addiction while introducing them to Christ, to help find and rescue women and children from bondage around the world and to then to empower them by providing educational and skill training through a Christ centered organization, and also to house and clothe the homeless living right in our neighborhoods. In these and other ways we are pleased to partner with our team, our patients, and our partners to be able to pay forward a lasting love.
