I'm a recent graduate of the University of Missouri-St. Louis with a degree in Information Systems & Technology, possessing a strong foundation in IT principles and a passion for solving technical challenges. My background includes practical experience in system administration, networking, database management, and technical support. I am adept at analyzing requirements, implementing solutions, and ensuring efficient IT operations. My experience includes hands-on projects involving database design and management, utilizing tools like Oracle SQL, and developing a strong understanding of data structures and relationships. I have experience with network configuration, troubleshooting, and security principles, including familiarity with the OSI model, TCP/IP, and tools like Wireshark. My internship at Charter Communications provided valuable experience in network monitoring, troubleshooting, and technical documentation. Additionally, I have experience in areas such as virtualization, backup and recovery procedures, and scripting.
