In 1985, Bill started out as a commissioned sales agent and, within his first 12 months, was the #4 top producer in the entire United States. In 1989, he was the #1 "Rookie" Dealer, and in the ensuing years, he built the fastest growing dealership in the entire nation. For two years in a row, his Dealership had 4 of the top 6 sales professionals in the country. All this serves to demonstrate Bill's exceptional understanding of what is required to recruit, develop, manage and motivate top salespeople, and to build a fast-growing business.1993, Bill was promoted to area Director, and he and his partner (and wife) June developed some of the most sophisticated recruiting and marketing methods in the entire industry. They were the #1 Area Directors in 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998 and And someone within the Driscoll organization holds nearly every top record in this company: the #1 sales professional, 5 years in a row.The top 6 sales professionals nationwide in 1997.the #1 Dealer, 4 years in a row. In Bill was further promoted to Division Director. His organization had nearly twice the production (per Dealer and per Sales professional) than the next closest organization in the entire company. His wife June was instrumental in Bill's success and she remains an active part of the DeTech home office today, as she truly enjoys helping other dealers succeed.
