I have been working in the retirement plan industry since March 1998. I’ve held several positions, most recently as a Client Service Manager, working with my clients to be there “go-to” person for all matters on their retirement plan. I've been "in the weeds" of retirement plans for a while, but I have a great deal of experience in other areas of retirement plan administration. I’ve also worked in compliance, implementations, plan design, plan document review, eligibility calculations, as well as consultant/relationship manager activity. With many years across several positions, I’ve built up a strong knowledge base of the retirement industry.
