About Bill Duffey

Bill is an experienced Network Engineer with a demonstrated successful history of working in the telecommunications industry. Skilled in Macro Design and Optimization as well as Small cell and DAS design & optimization. For the past four years, Bill has been applying his design and optimization experience in macro and Small cells to relentless improvement in the Verizon 4G network performance in Northern rural Michigan. Bill is passionate about his work and has a strong quality assurance attitude. Bill's most recent credentials include giving back to the community by being a medical first responder (EMR) and a volunteer Firefighter II in the community. Not only is Bill Microsoft certified he is now currently taking advantage of tuition assistance to round out his skill set by studying Cisco and may someday achieve CCNA credentials. Bill made it a priority and worked many nights and weekends as an adult to earn a Masters of Network and Communication Management with Distinction from Keller Graduate School of Management. Bill did this not only because he has an insatiable hunger for learning but to also set a good example for his son Chris whom he will proudly tell anyone has since graduated from Purdue University and is currently working research at the Mayo Clinic.
