About Bill Freeman

I am passionate about the education process, particularly in connection with developing and executing competency-based education programs. Over my career, I have had the pleasure of creating and delivering more than 150 graduate-level business, healthcare, leadership and nonprofit courses in traditional classroom settings, online, and in hybrid styles. I am proud of my work in assisting Argosy University in securing regional accreditation for development of competency-based learning program. Most recently, I served as the National Program Director / Department Chair of the Master of Public Health program (MPH) at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, a highly engaging and challenging role in in which I relaunched the program increasing enrollment by 200%. I added value as a services provider and healthcare leader, addressing the challenges of obtaining quality access to healthcare at the local, regional, and national levels. My history of success in education is further demonstrated by my work in the following areas: Developing outcome-driven education and proficiency assessments, including innovative ways to predict student achievement of learning objectives particularly for at-risk students; Serving as a key member of a committee to evaluate and select improved learning management system (LMS). Creating course curricula and engaging students in a holistic approach to learning in connection with business and nonprofit management coursework.
