About Bill Hess

My past 26 years have been in the HCM-Payroll software technology arena within two companies. I began my software journey with Sage Software, advancing from an entry-level Support to Customer Support Manager; at Sage, I led a team of 35 technicians and directed operations for the escalation team regarding complex cases.(Total time 16 years) In 2015 I transitioned to the largest Sage Business Partner\Reseller, Delphia Consulting. At Delphia, I worked as Lead Technical Analyst for data conversion, implementation and training for HCM software. I have passion and am proficient in Human Resources, Payroll, Implementation processing, Self-Service, Technical Data analysis & modification, Integration operations. I am familiar and comfortable with Human Resource, Payroll, and Benefit implementations. I am a dedicated and loyal employee; I would genuinely like to accept an opportunity that allows for challenging work and creative thinking for problem-solving. I work a multitude of functions constantly so I never get bored or complacent. I work directly with customers to assist them to better utilize their HRMS software or Crystal Reports. Recently, But prior to my engagement with Delphia, I spent 16 years working directly with the Sage Support team in the St. Petersburg, Florida office. During those years I worked within every aspect of the HRMS product and support from being a new hire in 1998 to managing the dept. for 7 years until 2015. Family Life: When I’m not sitting at the computer working with technology and clients, I enjoy relaxing and spending time with my family. Kathleen and I have 2 wonderful children, currently teenagers. Being the son of a veterinarian, I have always gravitated to ensuring I have a pretty large menagerie around me; which currently includes; my dog and many fish. Thanks for viewing.
