Job mentality” is just that…TEMPORARY. I don’t (and won’t) trust HR Dept. as they believe they’re invincible and do anything they want. Implement policies and procedures which they don’t follow. Discriminatory policies and politics and with the self entitled employees now… I’m not tolerating putrid behavior. I’m not working for someone else’s benefit to make a company rich off MY labor. Federal-State Taxes on employees wages are Unconstitutional because I LEGALLY can’t be taxed on MY LABOR for an employer. Employees work to earn a living NOT for commission or profit. The IRS was implemented during WW2 to fund the war and the Gov’t (who works FOR the People) decided (on their own) to keep TAXING people on THEIR JOB (“labor”). So; When “WE THE PEOPLE” tell the Gov’t…”You can’t impose a tax on my labor or my property which I own”. Then what? Social Security is a broken system meant for Gov’t to steal your labor wages and …. when you get disabled (for any reason) to collect your OWN labor money …. The Gov’t (“Soc.Sec System”) fights AGAINST YOU refusing to pay YOUR money YOU worked for. The Gov’t forces you to work until retirement (66) yrs old before you get your retirement. Then you’re TAXED AGAIN on your retirement?
